Win999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing win999-app.com, creating a Win999 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by Win999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Win999 platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Win999. They apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be published separately. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain a real-money account at Win999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win999 does not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to open an account or place any real-money bet.
• You must be a resident of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is permitted under your applicable local laws.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Win999 account. Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one Win999 account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering.

Win999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. These may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent bank statement or mobile wallet statement, or a selfie for biometric verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Win999 conducts age verification on all new registrations. If our automated or manual verification process indicates that a player may be under 18, the account will be restricted pending successful verification. Any deposits made by an unverified or underage account will be returned in full and no winnings will be paid.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Your Win999 account credentials — including your mobile number, username, and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login details with anyone else, including family members or friends.

If you have any reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that someone else has accessed your account without authorisation, you must contact Win999 support immediately. Win999 will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your personal details remain accurate and up to date. If your mobile number, payment method, or other registered information changes, you must update your account details promptly. Win999 may refuse to process a withdrawal if the destination account details do not match the identity information on file.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Win999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances are held and displayed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and bank account linked)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet and bank account linked)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT) — any Pakistani bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Win999, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily transaction limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Win999 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside Win999's control.

Withdrawals are processed automatically. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers may take longer depending on inter-bank processing times, typically within a few hours on business days.

Win999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been flagged. This is standard practice and is not an indication that there is a problem with your account. Typical documentation requested includes a copy of your CNIC and a recent screenshot of your payment wallet.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Win999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to terms that will be clearly presented at the time the bonus is offered. The key principles that apply to all Win999 bonuses are set out below.

Welcome Bonus. New players at Win999 are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus up to Rs 10,000. This bonus is credited automatically when your first qualifying deposit is processed. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The current wagering requirement, minimum odds, and eligible games are stated on the promotion page and must be consulted before accepting the bonus.

General Bonus Rules. All bonuses at Win999 are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the wagering requirement is met.
• Win999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or modify its terms at any time before a player has opted in.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it, and may result in account closure.
• Win999 reserves the right to reclaim a bonus and related winnings from a player's balance if it is determined that the bonus was obtained in breach of these Terms.

Cashback and Reload Bonuses. Win999 periodically offers weekly cashback and reload bonuses to existing players. These promotions have their own specific terms including minimum qualifying bet amounts, cashback percentages, and wagering requirements. 6 Betting Rules & Void Markets

All bets placed at Win999 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

A bet is deemed accepted by Win999 when a confirmation reference number has been issued. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted. Win999 is not liable for bets that were not successfully submitted due to technical issues on the player's side, including poor internet connectivity.

Void Bets and Void Markets. Win999 may void a bet or a market under the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not completed within the timeframe specified in the sport-specific rules.
• There has been a manifest error in the odds — for example, a price that was clearly entered incorrectly and does not reflect the true market.
• The event is affected by circumstances that make the result irregular or invalid under the governing body's rules.
• The player placed the bet after the event had already started or concluded, in cases where pre-match betting is offered.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to the player's Win999 balance. No winnings are paid on a voided bet. For accumulator bets, a void leg is treated as a non-runner — the accumulator settles based on the remaining legs.

Manifest Error. Win999 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors at any time, including after a bet has been accepted. Where a winning bet is subsequently identified as having been placed at a manifest error price, Win999 will settle the bet at the correct price. If the correct price would have resulted in a losing bet, the stake is returned and the bet is declared void.

7 Games & Fair Play

All casino and live dealer games available at Win999 are operated using certified systems. RNG-based games — including slots, virtual sports, and certain table game variants — use Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories. The certification confirms that outcomes are statistically random and that the stated Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate.

Live dealer games at Win999 are streamed from physical studios with real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dealers. The conduct of all live games is governed by the rules posted at the relevant table. Decisions made by the live dealer in accordance with those rules are final.

Win999 uses server-side activity monitoring to detect irregular patterns that may indicate cheating, collusion, or software exploitation. Any player found to be using prohibited software, bots, or strategies that exploit technical errors in the platform will have their account closed and all pending winnings forfeited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Win999 and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false or misleading identity or payment information.
• Exploiting errors or glitches in the platform's software or odds systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other artificial tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Bonus abuse — including wagering with the intent to withdraw rather than to genuinely play, or systematically low-risk wagering that exploits wagering requirement calculations.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in relation to games or betting markets offered by Win999.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful means.
• Using a Win999 account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party without Win999's prior written consent.

Win999 cooperates with relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities. Where suspicious transactions are identified, Win999 is obligated to report them to the appropriate authorities regardless of any potential impact on the player's account.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Win999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or a player's own voluntary self-exclusion request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be retained until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and all funds will be available as normal. If a breach is confirmed, Win999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds.

Players may close their own Win999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements.

10 Privacy & Data

Win999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights in relation to it.

11 Responsible Gaming

Win999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. If you feel that your gaming is becoming harmful to you or those around you, we strongly encourage you to use one or more of these tools. 12 Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical failures, including interruptions to service, loss of connection, or delays in processing bets or withdrawals caused by third-party systems including payment networks and internet service providers.
• The accuracy or completeness of any odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform where such information is sourced from third parties.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture of bonuses.

Win999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day. However, scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may occasionally result in temporary unavailability. Win999 will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible. Temporary unavailability does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits Win999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Amendments to Terms

Win999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — Win999 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number on your account. Minor editorial or clarificatory amendments may be made without advance notice.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. By continuing to use Win999 after an update has been communicated, you confirm your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account by contacting support before the amendment takes effect.
